Anderson Weber & Pangia, PLLC is expanding its team and network to include assistance with Veterans Administrative Claims and Social Security Claims
Craig M. Kabatchnick will be working in close coordination with the firm of Anderson Weber & Pangia, PLLC to provide additional assistance to those injured by the toxic water’s of Camp Lejeune. Mr. Kabatchnick will be handling all aspects of the VA claims including Dependency Indemnity Compensations (VA benefits for widows). In addition, he will coordinating the Social Security Disability claims on behalf He handles social security claims on behalf of veterans as well. The Anderson Weber & Pangia team is collecting information and resumes from experts that have offered medical and other expert testimony in VA cases that were successful (there are only a handful at this point) in order to develop a network of physicians who understand the implications of the toxins and related health end-points. Mr. Weber’s firm is continuing to accept FTCA cases related to camp Lejeune. |
